SEAC Tigers on winning All-Star team

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Two members of the SEAC Tigers Bantam AAA team were on the winning team at this weekend’s Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League All-Star Game in Fort Saskatchewan this weekend.

Tyler Broesky and Tyler Miller were both selected for Team South, who finished with a 5-4 victory over Team North on Saturday.

A scoresheet from the game was not available.

Broesky and Miller rejoined the SEAC Tigers on Sunday, where the team dropped a close 3-2 decision to the Lethbridge Golden Hawks.

Denyn Smith and Dawson Seitz scored the goals for the Tigers. Broesky assisted on Smith’s goal during the game.

Ryan Henderson, Cole Wirun and Ty Young all scored for Lethbridge.

The Tigers return to action on January 26, travelling to Calgary to battle the Bisons. The game begins at 6:30 p.m.
